We Have Transitioned From MyBenefitsCalWIN (MyBCW)
Contra Costa County has transitioned from MyBenefitsCalWin (MyBCW) to BenefitsCal, a new website to manage your benefits. This transition does not affect your current benefits. However, customers must create a new BenefitsCal account and link their case to access benefits information. Manage and apply for CalFresh, Medi-Cal, or CalWORKS benefits by visiting BenefitsCal (https://info.benefitscal.com/).
Please note, there is NO BenefitsCal mobile app. You must use the BenefitsCal.com website to access and apply for benefit programs.
